Typically, this person will work in the workshop and in the field, repairing, servicing, removing or installing Ships or Land Based Turbochargers.

Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer (Turbochargers) based in Southampton:
* You will be: Responsible for the service and repair of exhaust gas turbochargers
* You will work on turbochargers installed in ships of all sizes and at land-based power plants
* Minimising downtime is critical. There will be times when the engineer will be required to work on a job for a sustained period to meet the customer’s needs
* Work in the company’s workshop and live within commuting distance of Southampton
* Be a problem solver and capable of working independently
* Be experienced in using measuring equipment, recording results and comparing against expected data
Qualifications and requirement for the Field Service Engineer (Turbochargers) based in Southampton:
* UK Driving Licence
* Have a minimum of two years of experience working on turbochargers manufactured by ABB/Accelleron, MAN or MET (essential)
