Position: Service Administrator
Location: Brockenhurst
Rate/Salary: £32,000 +

We are looking for a Service Coordinator / Service Administrator / Sale Administrator to join a leading Marine engineering business located in Brockenhurst.
As a Service Coordinator / Service Administrator / Sale Administrator you will be working closely with the sales tea, covering all admin tasks as required.

Duties and responsibilities of the Service Coordinator / Service Administrator / Sale Administrator :

• Answering all incoming calls, and helping with all enquires as required
• All business communications, ordering, raising invoices and tracking customers orders
• Maintaining relationships with current customer base.
• Coordinating employee travels arrangements
• Preparing plans, sending company communications
• Make sure all records are kept up to date
• Able to conduct Market research

Qualifications and requirement for Service Coordinator / Service Administrator / Sale Administrator :

• Experienced as Sales Administrator working within a fast pasted engineering office
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to travel to trade show as required
• Knowledge and understanding of engineering – an ideal back ground would be marine or automotive industries
• Must be able to travel to Brockenhurst
