Typically, this person will be a Dealer Support and services Coordinator working in the aftersales warranty & Parts department working to process and support warranty claims for one of our Luxury Yacht building dealers.

HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business.

Day to day duties and responsibilities of the Dealer support and services coordinator:

* Assessing the validity of all the warranty claims, adhering to warranty agreements and company policy

* Liaise over email and telephone with dealers directly

* Prepare statements and engage on regular dealer video calls via Teams/Zooms

* Review hours requested per claim with Technical Support- In boat PDI’s

* All claims over £400 gain further authority to approve proceed

* Dealer Services Field Team – Support with overseas travel, transport and parts

* Job card preparation.

* Regular review of all warranty parts on order and awaiting arrival. Both internal (IWO) and external

* Provide all the correct details for all parts that require shipping

* Liaise and communicate with the boatbuilders manufacturing partners securing FOC replacements of faulty components.

* Provide warranty payment statements to dealers

* Attend daily morning meetings.

* Regular production line training sessions with QC

Qualifications and requirements requested for the Welder/Fabricator:

* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

* Competent computer and DMS system (Syteline, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)

* Strong organisational skills

* Ability to work to deadlines and targets

* Both written and verbal communication

* Ability to complete regular and document self-auditing

* Experience working in a busy process driven administration role with a strong attention to detail

* Superb Organisational and Interpersonal skills

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.

* Complying with and upholding Company policies and procedures.
