Our client is looking for a proactive professional eager to grow in the offshore wind maritime sector. Experience in maritime operations, offshore wind, oil & gas, or vessel management is valued, but a strong willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and a drive for innovation matter most.
Typically, this person will Your role will be key in maintaining the safe, efficient, and seamless operation of our cutting-edge Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), which play a vital part in supporting significant offshore wind projects throughout Europe.

Duties and responsibilities of the SOV Operations Coordinator:
- Overseeing the deployment and seamless integration of vessels into client projects.
- Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Liaising with client marine and offshore logistics teams to manage vessel movements effectively.
- Working closely with vessel crews, technical specialists, and onshore support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating port call schedules, planning activities, and maintaining oversight of port operations.
- Providing support to the SOV Operations Director and Masters, fostering a culture of excellence while driving innovation across the fleet.
- Leading efforts to advance digital transformation and promote data-informed decision-making in vessel operations.
Qualifications and requirements for the SOV Operations Coordinator:
- Maritime or Offshore Energy Experience – Background in vessel operations, offshore wind, oil & gas, or shipping is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills.
- Relevant Certifications or Qualifications – Marine Deck or Engineer Officer certification, or a degree in Shipping, Offshore Logistics, Marine Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Digital Skills – Experience with digital vessel management tools, PowerBI, MS Project, or Dynamics is advantageous.
- Valid Driver’s License – Class B (DE) or equivalent required.
