The below job description will outline this position of: Dealer Support, Ecomms and Part Lead
Typically, this person will manage and lead a team of 3, whilst leading and building on the Dealer Support Parts and Ecomms department.
HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business entity.
Duties and responsibilities of the Dealer Support, Ecomms and Part Lead:
• Develop new business through website maintenance and social media.
• Conduct perpetual and quarterly stock checks.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts Sales team
• Handle all parts orders and post-sales support.
• Maintain and update website parts section as well as optimise eBay sales and maintain satisfaction score.
• Ensure timely parts ordering and back-order management.
• Review parts pricing for competitiveness and manage parts account debt.
• Sell obsolete stock through various channels.
• Identify opportunities to promote FY Parts services.
• Compile reports on parts activity and performance
• Fulfil other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirement for the Dealer Support, Ecomms and Part Lead:
• Experience with Parts management and stock control.
• Able to handle the pressures of dealers, post production demands and meeting set deadlines
• Working knowledge of EBay, Syteline, Zero and Unleashed in addition to Word, Excel, Outlook MS Office suite
• Knowledge of Ecommerce
• Knowledge of social Media advantageous
