Position: Internal Sales / Service Coordinator / Service Administrator
Location: Fareham
Rate/Salary: Up to £30,000 – Dependant on experience

We are looking for a Internal Sales / Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator for a fast paced engineering business located in Titchfield, Fareham.

Duties and responsibilities of the Internal Sales / Service Coordinator / Sales Administrator

• Answering all incoming calls, and helping with all enquires as required
• All business communications, ordering, raising invoices and tracking customers orders
• Maintaining relationships with current customer base.
• Preparing plans, sending company communications
• Monitor inventory and delivery dates of orders.

Qualifications and requirement for Service Coordinator / Service Administrator / Sale Administrator :

• Experienced as Sales Administrator working within a fast pasted engineering office
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to travel to trade show as required
• Knowledge and understanding of engineering
• Due to the location you must have a full UK driver licences and be able to travel to Titchfield
