Typically, this person will provide guidance and support on the Company management systems and safe operating practices monitoring compliance and when necessary proposing change to ensure relevance with current practice.

Duties and responsibilities of the Superintendent (HSEQ):
* You Will: Develop Safety Awareness Programs
* Reviewing the processes of Near Misses, Accidents, and Incidents and perform incident investigations when assigned
* Plan audits of assigned vessels and office according to ISM/ISO requirements
* Manage NiBiKi system for assigned vessels
* Monitors vessel movements and provides assistance to the CSO on security matters when deemed necessary
* Oversees the Permit to Work and Risk Assessment work processes for assigned vessels
* Monitor the safety performance of assigned vessels under management and intervenes when required
* Review and Report on the effectiveness and relevance of the SMS, Quality and Environmental MS, SOPEP and Ship Security Plans
* Ensure all audits are carried out in a cost-effective manner
Qualifications and requirement for the Superintendent (HSEQ):
* Deck or Engineering officer or suitable higher-level education such as: BA/BSc Degree.
* Auditor accredited with ISM/ISO accredited.
* Experience in HSE & QA position.
* Understanding LNG cargo operation.
* Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation & Analysis Training.
