The below job description will outline this position of: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
Typically, this person will provide technical support for subsea equipment projects, acting as a liaison between customers, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure that the commissioned equipment meets project specifications and quality standards.

Duties and responsibilities of the Mechanical Commissioning Engineer:
* Ensuring machines and associated equipment have been correctly manufactured
* Diagnosing and fixing faults
* Responsibility for the planning of all commissioning activities within company manufacturing facilities.
* Ensuring test paperwork is correctly completed
* Functional testing of equipment
Qualifications and requirement for the Mechanical Commissioning Engineer:
* Working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
* HNC in electrical or mechanical discipline
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reactive maintenance role
* Knowledge of subsea equipment (desirable)
